PMD profile sensors are designed for error prevention. The PMD profile sensor monitors the assembly, positioning, selection and manufacturing of the object. In addition, the PMD profile sensor can accurately detect the object under test, such as whether the screw is fully fastened or whether the fixture system is locked. For this purpose, the PMD profile sensor projects a straight laser line to determine the profile of the object to be detected.
